I can't give him that much credit since he defers to his staff on everything. All he's learned as a coach is how to waste timeouts, mangle the clock, game plan poorly, and throw the players under the bus. He's the biggest problem though. Erik spoelstra levels of clueless with Brad Childress levels of arrogance. We won't be a contender again until he's gone. Regardless, him and trestman deserve the blame. We stay hiring shytty coaches who just got fired to run our offense.
