I'm doing the work out here every day to change that narrative and to reinforce the legitimacy of black scientists, doctors, and researchers.

The least you could do is to take the sincere perspectives of actual professionals a little more seriously and to stop treating us like we're the enemy. We all want the best for each other.

Wait a minute Steve jobs was Fruitarian who drank a lot of fruit smoothies that was loaded with high fructose corn syrup. We know now that synthetic sugar and cancer cells don't mix look it up. Some say after he was diagnosed with pancreas cancer he became a fruitarian because modern medicine wasn't working but they are some that argue that if it wasn't for this strict diet he would've died a lot sooner.

And this exposes why you all know NOTHING about fukking basic biochemistry.

Synthetic sugar isn't even digested. It is perceived as additionally sweet but the addition of the chlorine atom means its not digested like glucose in many artificial sweeteners. Thats how they say its non-caloric.

And Fructose is NOT synthetic sugar. Fructose is a sugar variant found in fruits. Varying fruits have more fructose than others.

HFCS is a concentrated form of that, but even additional sugar has a minimal impact on cancer growth.

Now, should you be eating that much sugar? No. But theres more evidence suggesting sugar impacts obesity and diabetes than pancreatic cancer, which seems to be only related to 10% of genetic factors. Steve was known to smoke a lot of weed, and while people will rant up and down that "weed helps", its mostly only beneficially apparently as an analgesic, not necessarily the smoke itself...which is terrible for you. And even then for you to say this sort of specious shyt is NOT substantiated.

....It's said that ½ a teaspoon of baking soda to a gallon of purified water and shaking it vigorously to ensure it mixes in completely is all you need to do. Because baking soda is highly alkaline, adding only a small amount to your purified water will result in a gallon of alkaline water...


The purified water part is what I'm reading more about. I'm thinking of building a DIY ionizer to purify my own water.

I actually was looking for ways myself to alkalize my water and tried many different products, companies , brands and outright scams...I even thought about making one my self like the guy in the vid

but something told me to look outside of the country

cause most times good shyt are kept out from the U.S and not talked about

well I found this company called Cerra that makes these pitchers and actually specialize in alkalization products

They've been around for some years and they're based out in Canada and the products are made in Europe where stuff like that are common and available for any one to buy without having to research or pay a million dollars

I would not bull shyt you guys but I bought a pitcher from them and was blown away brehs

I got ph levels of 9, 9.5 even 11.5
from it

I have been using it thanks to Sebi cause I wanted to stop fukking around with tap water badly

Now since we know the water supply in cities where our people live are contaminated I think Sebi's advise was a godsend

The pitcher I bought even takes out LEAD brehs
