@ThreeLetterAgency @Thomas @Endiphrint What do you eat on a regular basis...fastfood, fried? Do you exercise? What do you take with your workouts? How often do you get sick? What do you take for it? Do you drink alcohol and sodas? What vitamins do you take?
I eat only home cooked lean foods.

Tons of fruits, vegetables, and fish chicken and turkey. rarely eat a steak or beef.

I exercise

I haven't gotten sick in ages.

I just may have a protein shake but i Keep it super light if I work out

I drink probably 2x a month.

I never drink soda unless i'm having a mixed alcoholic drink at some house party...usually my mixed drinks are made properly c.

Vitamins? A multivitamin and an extra B12 supplement, Vitamin D of about 5000 IUs (because i'm black), and contemplating taking a Vitamin K.

Look. The molecules or atoms are themselves. The origin doesn't matter. All that matters is the interaction.

If its plant based, all that means is you're dealing with OTHER things than the target molecule or atom. Its just the matrix of other shyt. Theres nothing special about "plant sourced nutrients" or "inorganic" nutrients.

Its either: Can the body digest it? Can the body put it where it needs to go? Thats it.

This isn't magic.

You're just showing what you don't understand about the simple building blocks of biology.

Changing the narrative for WHO? Black people as a group don't have issues with BLACK scientists, doctors, or researchers. The black doctors/scientists you're trying to lionize are typically blacks continuing down the dogmatic roads of western medicine and science. I personally put them on no pedestal.

Ppl who have strict diets, do this all the time . They occasionally eat other foods from time to time. It doesn't mean Sebi was eating fish 24-7... it means every once in a while, he'll munch on fish.

The keyword is occasionally.
That's basically having a cheat day
Which is fine buts it's not living a full alkaline lifestyle of only eating alkaline foods

I get my veggies via salad at least 4 out of 5 days during the work week. Fridays are typically my bad days. Weekday dinners usually consist of one meat i.e. steak, fried or baked chicken, sausage, kielbasa, etc. I'll supplement with rice, potatoes, small salad, etc.. Some days I go on pepper kicks. I love fresh peppers in Italian dressing. I often wonder why I seem to crave peppers for some reason. My diet isnt tailored with any specific goal at the moment. Weekends are give or take when it comes to eating healthy or whatever mom is cooking on Sunday.

I exercise via walking, light jogging, and bicycling during the summer. I'll hit the gym in the winter. I used to do the creatine and whey protein thing but my goals are different as I'm getting older. I need to drop about 35 lbs. 6-1 255lbs at the moment.

I'm rarely sick, get a cold every couple of years and it almost always happens during stressful moments. I will grant you this though, EVERYTIME I get a flu vaccine, I get a feeling like I'm fighting off a cold and health care professionals swear thats coincidental but too many other people verify the same.

I do take a multivitamin and periodically a B Complex tab. Alcohol, I'm probably a functioning alcoholic at the moment. Going through some thangs. Mostly drink water throughout the day to keep my urine clear, but in the evenings with dinner I do love Seagrams diet ginger ale. Cant get enough of that stuff.

Its not that...i just expose these hypocrites by asking them questions. They eat they fruits and veggies and take vitamins. The same kats they claimed them as useless.
