On the other hand, let police actually go and do their jobs and try to "police" these cats and watch how many marches and protests we have when one of them gets shot.
shyt is a double edged sword. No amount of external effort will change this...we have to address the psyche.
It depends though.
I genuinely think people have no problem with good policing but police like
any other group of people are capable of corruption and generally terrible
gang member like behavior.
And I think in most instances of police violence they're willing to lie and cover their
ass. We've got several instances of cops beating, shooting, tazing, sicking dogs etc.
on the citizenry for trivial things and then when they're confronted they turn into
deaf, blind,mutes who can't see blatant disregard for other people, their lives or their freedom.
I personally think the issue needs to be addressed at multiple levels.
If they police, arrest and actually seek to REHABILITATE the arrested over just sending them
to "Criminal College" and provide them potential job opportunities when they get out
situations could improve drastically.
If they create programs, more job/work opportunities like giving the kids some sort of training
that'll keep them busy and off the streets for the summer, they're less likely to turn to unsavory
ways to come up on money.
Harsher penalties for missing school/failing tests,homework/better programs to
remove any weak areas (reading, mathematics etc.) and you might get more
highschool/college graduates.
When the City and everyone else constantly tells them they don't give a sh1t about them
and them dying is "doing us NORMAL,SANE people a favor", it's no wonder they'll adopt a mentality
where they essentially don't give a shyt.
Combine that with a black market where regulation
goes out the window (Sex work, drugs, guns etc.) and nothing in place to counteract that (heavy policing, afterschool
programs, MONEY) and you get remarkably similar situations across the country.

I'm not saying all of this can save the total sociopaths because in even more forgiving situations they'll still
exhibit these deplorable traits but for people with brains wired for normal behavior they're less likely to succumb
to that when opportunity is abundant.
I understand what you're saying. I guess I can just look at the big picture and feel bad about the situations that raised him to live the life he did. I think it's important that we as black people don't forget why this is even happening so we can better educate and uplift ours and prevent it from happening in the future.

lend them the ability to empathize with these people and whatever pain and trials they may face but
in this very thread you have people making light of a murder or advocating more murder in some
sort of inner city cleanse, this shyt is text book St0rmfr0nt rhetoric.
I mean a dude used this tragedy as an excuse to say "They all need to be lynched", this sorta shyt
goes unchecked despite most everyone on here KNOWING the history attached to the term
as it relates to Black Americans.
Threads like this give them permission to paint with a wide brush and condemn thousands of people without
