Man, I was just joking with this girl the other day about how black men don't go to the doctor. We really do need to get serious about staying healthy

Yup..I go once a year....a lot of us don't look into our family history of health till it's late

I wouldn't be a hip hop head if not for Tribe. First time I heard them was in 7th grade. Friend made me a mix with the best of People's Instinctive Travels, Low End Theory and Midnight Marauders. It was basically my introduction to golden era hip hop and I was hooked. Been a fan ever since. Biggest regret is never seeing Tribe live.
I had a chance, in 98. They were gonna perform at the LA Sports Arena opening up for the Beastie Boys. Tribe was the reason I bought the tickets. Just before the concert, they broke up. :damn:
