See, this is where we fundamentally disagree. Democrats do have a problem with selective hearing of our concerns, but that is a vastly different issue compared to the party that is actively opposing our existence, rolling back civil rights laws and protections, gutting social programs, and suppressing our votes. Claiming that one is better than the other at masking it is dishonest, because only one is built on and actively advancing anti-Black racism. Recognizing this distinction is crucial in forming clear perspective. This is why I reject the "both-sides" false equivalence, because it only serves to aid the right-wing agenda. That's why increased engagement is the answer, and not apathy. Apathy is what the people pushing the "both sides" delusion is hoping to foster in people.

It seems we have vastly different views on these things, because I will never understand the thought process of someone Black throwing their lot in with Nazis and White Nationalists.

I feel like as African Americans, our growth in this country has grown stagnant. It's fụcking tiring. We died for this fụcking country and they hate us. They mock us. They laugh at us. We're entertainment and Hilary's hot sauce or Kamala's bath tub greens with Sexxy red and Megan thee Stallion on the side.

There's an invisible ceiling. How much more engaging and kissing ass do we have to do?

The Democratic party has switched to being outright comical so now we have to look at all sides, both sides. Not saying it's Trump by any means and that's why I don't agree with the right side at all. God no.

But if a normal person, a McCain, a Romney went against these comical acts, I'm voting republican. We live in a comical age.

The votes were already fixed when Trump was allowed to run. If every black person in this country voted for Kamala, Trump would've won.

Why are we attacking the total 30% of African Americans or black ppl that voted for him?

We're being ignored and overspoken by both parties. The right is smarter at dissecting minorities by targeting us individually while the left is bundling us up and fụcking up our communities putting Mexicans in low income and black neighborhoods fụcking up our economy on many levels as well and illegally while discriminating against us as well.

There's so many layers to this that we can't really find a moral ground being targeted from both sides so we attack and blame each other. I'll come back and re-read this tomorrow.

I can't really argue with you because deep down inside, both siders really just wanna see the country burn. It's not a pro trump, it's a back handed fụck this country, pick the quicker death.
