Yup. I'm surprised more coaches don't die on a regular basis. Crazy hours and TERRIBLE diets. Guys up at 2AM eating McDonalds going over film smh. You'd think teams would put more emphasis on healthy diets for their coaches, not just players.

I mean not really. they only coach from august-january. easy schedule

Did you buy the CPAP machine?

Yeah, although I'm thinking about possibly buying one of the smaller joints. Just don't wanna have to go through a sleep study if I can avoid it. My last sleep study was done 13 years ago

Word; Reggie White died of the same thing. Before I lost weight, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Scared me since the only time I remembered hearing about it was when Reggie White passed. Even though I don't think I need it anymore, I still sleep with a CPAP machine, if only for peace of mind.

Man for taking care of that shyt, i'm sure your family is thankful you were willing to go through with the treatment.

My pops got that shyt. I was home from college and hit the when we move next to the fukking train tracks?

Refused to get it treated for years, I think he saw it as admitting some kind of weakness or some shyt.

Finally we got him in to see a specialist. Thank God we did.

Doc said his tests showed he was wakin up like 70 times an hour or some shyt from not breathing and the constant adrenaline rushes were gonna give him heart failure

If a girl ever tells me I snore I'm headed straight to the fukkin doc. Not tryna go out like that

Nah they're putting in crazy hours from the spring to January. Only noteworthy break is in July before training camp starts, and a lot of coaches work through that as well.

Not sure, I haven't really started pricing them proper yet; I would hear radio ads every now and then, but need to get with my insurance and see what's covered and how much. The one I have now I got a few years ago only because the company hit me up and was like "you due for an upgrade" I don't like dealing with them though cause they mad shady. They ran the wrong insurance information (I had changed jobs) and tried to stick me with fees. But in this area, they the ones I gotta deal with.

My uncle was a football coach at Rickards High and dude got in a short period of time. Stressful job at any level let alone the pros
