Problem is the tape they got both him and the girl say she's 14.

I’m not sure I believe there’s a tape of something that specific. I’ve read the reports, it’s just seems like such an oddly specific thing to say on tape, that just so happens to be 1 of the biggest flaws in the previous trial.

They’re also going to have a hard time authenticating the tapes, in terms of dates of creation, where they took place, and whose custody they’ve been in for 20+ years. I wouldn’t be surprised if the defense is able to keep them out or severerly limit what gets admitted.
