That nikka is sick and he deserves most of the blame. You can put a lot of it on the parents, but this guy is sick. We let this nikka live too long in the black community.
You can assume that a lot of these women, as with strippers, cult members, prostitutes, are not coming from stable home lives. A lot of women (involved in these activities) are runaways, drug addicts, alcoholics, whose parents are abusive, or addicted themselves, very weak households generally create people who can be exploited. So, blame the parents, I suppose, but there are reasons for their lack of parenting too.
