The “elite” were blindsided by the whole metoo movement. It came out of no where and suddenly white men were being put at the forefront of sexual assault. Obviously since we can’t have that, they’ve been working overtime to put black men back at the front. Again, people want to live by the law, but ignore it. The jury ignored what he did by declaring him not guilty, end of story.
What do you want from the situation?
Nothing will stop the fact that he is an actual GOAT, not like most artists that get the word GOAT thrown around for. R.Kelly is undeniably talented.

Actually we DID know how it ended in the two major situations we were concerned about. He was acquitted and in Aaliyah's case they got annulled and she moved on. These other broads coming out about their situations got books to sell.
So then why ask for these tell-alls about people you don't know?
They made TWO docs about much of a creep Roman Polanski was/is but I bet people had no clue about it til reading this post. There were more examples in the R. Kelly thread but I'd have to go back and check. I didn't post those, but like I said earlier, then it became a lament about how nobody would watch it.
As for Corey Feldman, this society is not yet at a point where we care about men getting molested. He's not gonna get the same sympathy.

or do you think it has more to do with the idea of people asking why R.Kelly is first in line for a tell all over the torrent of ones who precede him in such activity?
Because really, I don't recall anyone ever "asking" for this R.Kelly doc in the first place...
But Cirey Feldman and Corey Haim weren't "men" when they got molested, they were young children.

And don't you think it's odd that people are quite concerned about #MeToo in Hollywood, but somebody comes forth saying in the same climate "I have info on major people in Hollywood molesting me and others as children" but nobody wants to hear what that person has to say?

It's debatable whether they're considered captives. By some accounts, the girls we know of are there on their own admission. If they don't wanna leave, that's on them.
That's a good question. I think when someone like Sparkle is in the doc claiming she's fighting for her niece and tryna get her back, but then at the end it's like "that's my new single you're hearing in the back", it muddies the intentions.
Yes it's odd. I think it's odd that people pick and choose on something as despicable as rape and child abuse, but that's what people have done and will continue to do. The same people calling for R. Kelly to be muted will be at the club tonight going
