That’s what I’ve been saying. But when you look at the popular media they are legitimately pushing just the one image. I understand why. But it’s obviously not going how they thought it was. And the fact they are also using this to shoot the 3rd surviving R Kelly….people also don’t notice how the alleged victims are all disingenuous or extremely uncredible.

and the other aspect of them continually lying about the age of the women involved and calling them girls when only the one was underaged and even than she admit-tingly lied.

They haven’t been able to establish hes a Organization leader at all. Basically the main thing they can do is just put out the most graphic things they can and offer no rebuttal. It’s people who legitimately think he’s on trial for the case he had back in the day.

but you offered this information up and it will likely be ignored and anyone who chooses to look at the case for its individual merits is seen as being a supporter of R Kelly. Remember the talk about all of the new videos he made and that the lawyer had.
Even if kelly didn't say go bribe them he still benefited from the bribe. His assistant getting the id for her and him going to get married because of that makes him a willing party to several crimes bribery included.. Plus he signed the marriage certificate. The thing that's been an open secret for years... That guy in the tweet got immunity to save his own ass from the bribe charge he didnt want to eat... So again we splitting hairs here and that guy who keeps posting this shyt is doing this on purpose and probably the youtube making those shytty window media maker movies

Rkelly here is the exact charges https://www.justice.gov/usao-ndil/press-release/file/1182181/download its all there for you to see. its basically a RICO charge and any crimes committed in a ongoing criminal enterprise. Not a fukking sex cult, not the charge he should be in jail for now with the other tapes. Other people were arrested too and most have flipped. No out of context tweets, shytty youtube videos with out of context pictures or nothing its not one bribery charge its several

Not sure what media things you're reading but when i google rkelly case and read articles its always more than one and i see actually when the defense does a cross and what they said. if the defense did a cross that day. ive been seeing that in damn near every article

The guy who flipped even tried to defend kelly after the fact saying he didnt think kelly was fukking Aliyah at the time even tho people outside of his circle thought so.

From vulture this is the full context to that tweet he touting like its a gotcha R. Kelly Tour Manager ‘Concerned’ About Aaliyah Relationship But Didn’t Stop It

Smith said he didn’t assume anything was up, but then conceded: “They were more than friends from the very beginning.”

Kelly’s involvement with Aaliyah took an even more disturbing tour when he was on tour in 1994. Shortly before Kelly was to perform one night, he remarked that “Aaliyah was in trouble.”

After the show, they headed to the airport and boarded a plane back to Chicago. Smith described Kelly’s demeanor as “quiet.”

“She thinks she’s pregnant,” Smith recalls Kelly saying.

Kelly said that one of his confidants was “making arrangements for him to marry Aaliyah … to protect himself [and] to protect Aaliyah.” The idea behind this was that if Aaliyah were married to Kelly, she couldn’t testify against him.

Smith told Kelly that just bcecause Aaliyah said she was pregnant “doesn’t mean she’s pregnant.”

“He was crying a lot. He was crying,” Smith said. “I told him that he couldn’t marry Aaliyah, that she was too young.”

“He was confused. He said, ‘which side was I on?’”

Smith wound up playing an integral role in the illicit nuptials. Shortly after arriving in Chicago, they went to a hotel where Aaliyah was in a room. He didn’t like what was going on, but felt like he would be pushed out of Kelly’s circle.

“I wanted to stay in the loop.”

Smith said he would get Aaliyah a fake ID, because she couldn’t marry at her age. Smith figured someone in a welfare office would give an ID card in exchange for some cash, using a “hey, wanna make some money” approach. He drove to the welfare office, with Kelly and Aaliyah in a car behind him.

They found an obliging clerk. “I made her an offer, she took the money; I gave her 500 bucks,” he said. Eventually, they made their way to a city clerk’s office, where Kelly and Aaliyah got a marriage license. He was 27 and she 15.

“I’m uncomfortable talking constantly about Aaliyah,” Smith snapped shortly after describing the marriage plot. “Her parents aren’t here, and I don’t want to understand why I gotta do that.”

Smith’s most fervent expression of remorse seemed to come Monday morning, when the trial resumed.

“That shouldn’t have happened. That was wrong. I shouldn’t be talking about [Aaliyah], she’s not here,” he said.

Prosecutors claim R. Kelly used his title to run ‘criminal enterprise’

ABC News’ Kenneth Moton speaks with legal analyst Brian Buckmire about the shocking new all...

NEW YORK -- Prosecutors want a New York City jury at the R. Kelly sex-trafficking trial to hear profane video and audio recordings they say demonstrate how he threatened his victims with violence.

On one of the 2008 tapes, an enraged Kelly can be heard accusing an unidentified woman of lying to him before beginning to assault her,
according to a court document filed on Tuesday in federal court in Brooklyn.

“If you lie to me, I’m going to f--- you up,” Kelly says.

The star R&B singer is captured on another recording berating a second woman from Florida, identified as a “Jane Doe” he accused of stealing a Rolex watch from him, the filing says.

“You better not ever … take from me again or I will be in Florida and something will happen to you,” he says. “You understand what I’m telling you?”

Prosecutors had planned to call the second woman as a witness. But they decided against it after she “started to have panic attacks and appeared to have an emotional breakdown” while listening to the tape in preparation for her testimony, the filing says.

The defendant bragged about having “cameras everywhere” in his Chicago studio and other locations he used to keep an eye on his victims, it adds.

Kelly, now 54, has pleaded not guilty to racketeering and other charges accusing him of sexually abusing several women, girls and boys during the course of his 30-year singing career. He has vehemently denied the charges, claiming that the women were groupies who wanted to take advantage of his fame and fortune achieved through hits like “I Believe Can Fly.”

The judge indicated on Tuesday that she would grant the government’s request to use the tapes as evidence at the trial that began on Aug. 18. There was no immediate response to a message seeking comment from Kelly’s defense team.

The request came a day after another witness testified she saw Kelly in a “sexual situation” with R&B phenom Aaliyah around 1993, when she was only 13 or 14. The woman also told the jury that Kelly had sex with her when she was 15 — the latest in a series of accusers who say he sexually exploited them when they were underage.

The woman — a former backup performer for Kelly who testified not using her real name — described opening a door on Kelly’s tour bus to find him kneeling in front of Aaliyah and appearing to perform oral sex on the girl. She said she immediately shut the door and left without ever speaking to Kelly about the encounter.

The jury had previously heard a former Kelly employee testify how two fake IDs were used to clear the way for Kelly to marry Aaliyah after he began a sexual relationship with her and believed she had become pregnant. A marriage license that was put into evidence falsely listed her age as 18; Kelly was 27 at the time.

Prosecutors say Kelly wanted to use the marriage, which was later annulled, to shield himself from criminal charges related to having sex with a minor and to prevent her from testifying against him.

Aaliyah, whose full name was Aaliyah Dana Haughton, worked with Kelly, who wrote and produced her 1994 debut album, “Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number.” She died in a plane crash in 2001 at age 22.

I'm not defending a kid fukker tho. You find it really easy to do.

You do understand that you can notice dishonesty and comment right? I am not defending anything but I am pointing out what could be inconsistencies. If you aren't capable of doing that you likely aren't a logically thinking person.

its literally on page one of the press release file charges the state put out

https://www.justice.gov/usao-ndil/press-release/file/1182181/download

The SPECIAL MAY 2019 GRAND JURY charges: In or around 1998 or 1999, at Chicago, in the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, ROBERT SYLVESTER KELLY, also known as “R. Kelly,” defendant herein, did knowingly employ, use, persuade, induce, entice, and coerce a minor, namely Minor 1, to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct, namely, Video 1, and defendant knew or had reason to know that such visual depiction would be transported in interstate or foreign commerce or mailed, or such visual depiction was actually transported in interstate or foreign commerce or mailed.

So they have the tape, the person on the tape is testifying and there is 3 more tapes. its all laid out in that document
