:dahell:WEVE KNOWN THEY GOT MARRIED
SINCE THE 90S.

WHAT DOES THAT HAVE
TO DO WITH THIS ALLEGED
"SEX CULT" CASE?

Just because we knew doesn't mean anybody investigated it. They did and found it was true and who was involved and then he was arrested and snitched on Kelly. This isn't a sex cult case that's twitter bullshyt, it a child sex trafficking and racketeering case.

R. Kelly Allegedly Forced Teen Girlfriend To Get Abortion

BROOKLYN, New York — A 23-year-old woman testified about the five-year relationship she had with R. Kelly on Monday, describing in emotional and graphic detail the abuse and degradation Kelly allegedly used to control her — including forcing her to have an abortion.

The woman, who identified herself in court using the pseudonym Jane, said she met Kelly in 2015 when she was a 17-year-old aspiring singer looking for mentorship. Instead, she found herself wrapped up in what federal prosecutors have described as an abusive sex cult. She spoke — at times through tears — about how Kelly would allegedly punish her for breaking the authoritarian “rules” he had for his “girlfriends” on how they were to dress and act, and even when they could use the bathroom.

Her testimony, which is set to continue Tuesday, provided disturbing insight into how Kelly allegedly managed to silence and hold sway over victims even as he abused them. Prosecutors have argued that Kelly’s alleged abuse of multiple girls and women amounted to a criminal enterprise; he has been charged with sex trafficking and racketeering.

“I would get chastised nearly every two to three days,” Jane said. “He would leave bruises and sometimes it would make my skin tear.”

The punishments were often spankings, which Kelly called “chastisements,” she said. One time, she said, he beat the 4-foot, 11-inch-tall, 98-pound teenager with his size 12 Air Force 1 sneaker. Regularly, she said she would be confined to a room for days and forced to urinate in a large gas station cup.

Another time, Jane said Kelly forced her to make a video in which she smeared her face with feces, putting some of it in her mouth. He then threatened to make her do it again because she “wasn’t into it enough,”:picard: she said. It was part of a pattern of humiliation, Jane said. Kelly allegedly also amassed collateral on the women in his life, making them write letters confessing to damaging falsehoods, including that they’d stolen money from him and that they’d been molested by family members.:gucci:

Singer R. Kelly appears during a court hearing on Sept. 17, 2019, in Chicago.

Jane first met Kelly in 2015 at a concert in Orlando that she attended with her parents. Kelly showed her “a lot of attention” during the show, she said, and a member of his entourage later slipped her Kelly’s phone number on a piece of paper. She had dreams of breaking into the music industry and thought Kelly might be able to help her hone her craft. “He was a musician as well, and I thought any critique would be good critique,” she said.

Shortly after, Kelly invited Jane to audition for him at the Dolphin Hotel at Disney World, she said, and she went there after school with her parents’ knowledge. He did not initially know her true age, as she lied and said she was 18, she said. Kelly said she would audition for him — but first, he said, according to the witness, “he needed to come.” Jane said he aggressively pressured her for sex, which she resisted, but eventually gave in when he said he would “take care of [her] for life” if he could perform oral sex on her.

At one point during their encounter, police knocked on the hotel room’s door, and Kelly became “very anxious and scared.” He told her to go into the bathroom and get dressed, she said.

“He said, ‘Are you 18?’ And I said yes,” Jane said. “And he said, ‘Don’t lie to me.'”

The officers said Jane’s parents had called the police because she was not picking up her phone, she said. She told the officers she was 18, but showed them her ID card, which listed her true age as 17.:gucci:
The officers did not acknowledge the discrepancy, she said, and it is unclear whether they realized she was listed as underage. Instead, she said, the officers told Kelly to call if he ever wanted to hire them as security, and left.:mjtf:

Despite being a junior in high school, Jane spent much of that spring and summer traveling around the country to meet Kelly while he was on tour. At the end of the summer, Jane realized she would need to return home for her senior year, so she told him she was underage. Kelly was not deterred, she said, and made arrangements for Jane to move in with him full time in Chicago and complete high school online.:martin:

In the five years she spent with Kelly, Jane said he controlled nearly every aspect of her life and body, forcing her to have sex with him and many of the other women in the house any time he wanted, often filming the encounters. One time, when she was still 17, Kelly allegedly ejaculated on her face and would not allow her to wash it off, she said, instead making her “let it harden,” and then brought in one of his employees to see.

“I recall them laughing, and I felt very much humiliated,” she said.

This level of bodily control allegedly extended beyond sex. In 2017, Jane said she became pregnant, and Kelly allegedly made her get an abortion against her will. She had not wanted an abortion, but Kelly “still wanted me to keep my body tight,” she said.

This was not the first time Kelly’s lack of protection during sex had “devastating” ramifications for Jane, she said. When she was still 17, she began feeling pain in her pelvis and lower abdomen. Kelly laughed it off, suggesting it was due to the size of his penis, but then the pain became so severe Jane said she could barely walk, she said. A doctor diagnosed her with herpes — which Kelly has had since at least 2007, his physician testified on Thursday.

“He was agitated and told me I could’ve gotten that from anyone,” she recalled. But she had only had sex with him, she said. Jane had intense herpes outbreaks in the beginning of her time with Kelly, during which she could not have sex. During one such outbreak, she said, Kelly allegedly told her, “I think your p*ssy is broken.”

Those are separate charges in the same case. They all fall under the RICO umbrella. At the very least, they can nail him for government bribery because of the marriage certificate.
OK

DIDNT KNOW THEY WERE
TRYING TO PIN A RICO ON HIM.

Editor's note: This report includes allegations of sexual and physical abuse.

A woman took the stand at a federal courthouse in Brooklyn during the trial of R. Kelly on Monday. In her testimony, she said that Kelly had forced her into having an abortion in 2017, and that he had sexually and physically abused her over the course of their five-year relationship.

The woman, "Jane," is the second accuser to testify against Kelly in the New York federal trial, where charges include racketeering, kidnapping, forced labor and sexual trafficking. Kelly has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.

In her testimony, "Jane" said she met Kelly when she was 17 years old, in 2015. She was a junior in high school at the time, and was interested in pursuing an artistic career as an R&B singer. She was taking a heavy load of music classes and extracurriculars at school, hoped to score a music scholarship to college, and was taking on professional gigs of her own.

She went with her parents to a music festival in Orlando, Fla., at which Kelly was performing. A member of his entourage passed her Kelly's phone number, "Jane" said, and both she and her parents had hoped that the connection would help her develop her career.

"Jane" alleged that when she got the chance to audition for Kelly, he immediately pressured her into sexual activity. (She said that she originally told Kelly she was 18 years old.) "I was against it," she said. "I told him I did not come to please him. He continued to persist." Eventually she gave in, in exchange for the chance to sing for him, and he told her that he would "take care of me for life," she said.

During the audition, she testified, her parents called in a wellness check after she turned her phone off at Kelly's request. When the police arrived, she said, the police saw her legal ID that indicated she was 17, but still left her with Kelly. She soon became one of the star's girlfriends, leaving home to live with him.

"I want to groom you"

"Jane" testified that she told Kelly her real age as her senior year approached, saying that she had to go home to finish high school. He slapped her in the face with an open hand, she said, and walked away. Kelly's later solution was that she would live with him in Chicago and do homeschooling under the putative care of the mother of one of his other girlfriends, who is being called "Juice" in court. "Jane" lived with Kelly in Chicago and in Atlanta, and accompanied him on tours.

During her testimony, "Jane" said that soon after she became involved with Kelly, she had to follow his rules, such as not speaking to men, including ones in Kelly's employ; only being allowed to wear formless and baggy clothes; and not allowed to leave rooms without his permission, even to the point of being isolated for days. If she failed to follow his protocols, she said, she was spanked and suffered other humiliations.

She also said that she was frequently forced to have sexual encounters with other women — including Kelly's other girlfriends and women who worked for the singer — against her will, and all at Kelly's express direction. She said that Kelly videotaped the sexual encounters she had with him and with other people.

In a text message submitted as evidence, Kelly allegedly wrote to "Jane": "I want to groom you and be bonded with you one hundred percent."

The woman, who is now 23 years old, has requested to remain anonymous as a sex crimes victim. (In court documents, she is listed as Jane Doe #5.)

Echoing an earlier accuser

Much of the testimony from "Jane" echoed that of another accuser, Jerhonda Johnson Pace, who last week testified about having sexual relations with Kelly while she was underage during a six-month relationship.
Pace had testified that Kelly had given her genital herpes without telling her that he had the disease or taking any precautions to avoid transmitting it, and that the singer had physically abused her. On Monday, "Jane" said that Kelly also had given her genital herpes. It was so painful, she said, that "it got to the point where I couldn't even physically walk."

Last week, Kelly's personal physician of some 25 years, Dr. Kris McGrath, testified that he had diagnosed and begun treating Kelly for genital herpes sometime between 2000 and 2007. McGrath called in herpes medication prescriptions so often to Kelly's preferred pharmacy that, the doctor said, "I had memorized the phone number to that Walgreens."

McGrath, who is based in Chicago and is on the faculty of Northwestern University's medical school, testified that he never received direct payment for his services. Instead, Kelly flew the doctor and his wife around the country to enjoy his performances, and frequently socialized with the couple.

A former low-level assistant named Anthony Navarro told the court last week about being a runner for Kelly, driving girls, cleaning studios and delivering packages for him. It was Navarro's first job in the music industry; since then, he said, he has worked as an audio engineer with musicians like Taylor Swift, Jay-Z and Kanye West.

He also referred to what he called "Rob's Rules" for employees and for Kelly's girlfriends. It was only in retrospect, Navarro said, that he realized how odd working for Kelly was by comparison.

"The things you had to do was a bit uncomfortable," said Navarro. "It was almost like the Twilight Zone. You went into the gate and it was like a different world, just a strange place."

Kelly and Aaliyah's marriage

Demetrius Smith, formerly a tour manager for Kelly, also finished his testimony on Monday. Smith reluctantly testified that he helped organize the marriage between Kelly and the late pop star Aaliyah. Smith said he bribed an employee at an Illinois state welfare office with $500 to obtain a fake ID for Aaliyah, so that she and Kelly could apply for a marriage license. (Aaliyah, whose full name was Aaliyah Dana Haughton, died in a plane crash in 2001; she is identified in the court documents as Jane Doe #1.)

At the time of the marriage on Aug. 31, 1994, Aaliyah was 15 years old, and Kelly 27. Smith said that the reason for the marriage is because Kelly believed that Aaliyah was pregnant, and that Kelly and one of his employees, former business manager Derrel McDavid, believed the marriage would prevent Kelly from potentially being prosecuted for having had sex with a minor.

Years later, "Jane" testified on Monday, she and Kelly's other girlfriends asked him about his marriage to Aaliyah. "Jane" said that Kelly told them the reason for the marriage was because Aaliyah had been pregnant, and that only Aaliyah's parents or a spouse could approve an abortion.

The federal trial in Brooklyn is expected to last about a month. Kelly faces separate federal charges involving child pornography and obstruction of justice in Illinois.

They JUST indicted catholic priests who raped kids 40 years ago. Under a special "pause" in the statute of limitations that allowed the prosecution to go forward.

This is why the statute of limitations is so important. What he did to Aaliyah in this instance would absolutely hold him criminally liable if they could. Dont think R Kelly skates because of what he did to Aaliyah.

He seems to be going to trial in New York and Illinois. It seems even in that article it isn’t a special pause in New York….Also the former priest was accused of sexual assault. And the victims pressed charges.
