No one is going to believe he has a concert in Mexico. Dubai has the most private concerts and shyt, it's the #1 destination where you can imagine something getting organized behind closed doors for big money. And there are a million private planes in Dubai and very bribeable security officials, with enough money you could get anywhere from there.

Not to mention that Kelly would need a passport to fly out of Mexico. Not to mention that Kelly might not have any connections there, or just might not feel comfortable there.
