Yet they didn’t use any of them. And just to put it out there no all of them weren’t underaged do some research. And look and see what he was actually convicted for.

I wouldn’t be saying anything if it seemed like they actually charged him correctly with real charges. I can’t continue with this sex tape narrative since it seems like the courts never seem to use them. And I can’t go with the underage narrative and act like he was messing with underaged girls when it seems he was t convicted of actually having sex with them.

They didn't use them. The only footage they used was him screaming at a chick from stealing from him. Where are all these sexual videos he's supposed to have. The first child sex tape trial started in 2002 but his lawyers successfully stalled the case for 6 years, in 2008 the video was played in court and and 14 different witnesses testified that the video showed R. Kelly having sex with and urinating on a young teen, which they identified directly as the 14-year-old girl in question. He only dodged the conviction because he's rich and famous and paid off the victim and her family with a villa in France so that they all refused to testify.
The second child sex tape case came in 2004, when police doing a search found a camera full of images R. Kelly having sex with an underage girl. His lawyers fought the charges claiming the search on his home that produced the camera had been unlawful, and managed to get the judge to throw the case out of court. But the video showing the underage sex was used in court and shown to the grand jury to gain the indictment.
The third child sex tape case is pending in Chicago right now. He's charged with 21 counts of sexual abuse of a minor between the ages of 13 and 16, a grand jury has already seen the tapes and moved to indict. He literally talks about her "14 year old p*ssy" on the tape, the phrase is repeated over and over. A close friend of the victim has already testified that she frequently went to see R. Kelly with the 14-year-old girl on the tape starting when they were 12 years old. An aunt and uncle of the 14-year-old girl have confirmed that it is her on the tape. The father of the friend who visited R. Kelly with her has confirmed that the entire neighborhood knew about the girl being on the tape.
This shyt is proven, breh. There are THREE child sex tapes against R. Kelly that have been used in court. ALL of them showed him having sex with a child, that isn't disputable at all. He evaded one with straight bribery, evaded the next by getting the search that produced the tape thrown out on a technicality, and is about to catch 20+ years for the third one.
