What exact did Kell do? He deserves jail for fukking with underage girls but I don’t think that’s his charges.

It's not as far as I know. They basically got him in court on some bs as far as I know, but we know this was really just them going after him a second time for the pee tape. Which last time I checked is against the law. You can't do double jeopardy.

Nobody cares because it's R Kelly and he honestly should have gone down the first time... but he didn't.

Going after a person for the same crime twice sets a dangerous precedent.

I honestly expect him to be released from prison just like Cosby was over them violating his rights. But they probably know that and thats why they've spaced stuff out so long, so that they can get their pound of flesh either way.

They held him in prison without charges for at least 2 years and then held him almost another year before he was even sentenced. So thats 3 years he's been behind bars already.

And he can't appeal it on the basis of them violating his rights until after he's sentenced so like I said, they drug it out on purpose.
