I was clear with my point. This is double jeopardy. You can say "well he deserved prison anyway" and I don't disagree with that. I was calling for him to go to prison in 2003 when the tape first dropped. But he didn't.

And now for them to come back nearly 20 years later and try him for the same case is utter ridiculousness. This is setting a precedent that they will use to lock up black people at a disproportionate rate. And thats proven by the 2 cases that we know of where they've done it. Cosby and Kells.
