I never said Deadpool paved the path. But after Blade, they stopped going the rated R superhero route. I want them to bring Blade back, but I DON'T WANT it to be PG-13. I want it to be R. Deadpool showed in 2016 audiences will accept Rated R superhero movies.

Who is "them"?

Are you talking Marvel? If so.... other than maybe Deadpool, Punisher, Ghostrider, and Blade.... what other comics characters need a rated R treated movie? The ones named did it..... but even if it wasnt a "greatest chance for success" thing or "reaching out to the biggest audience"... I dont think per say a Spidy or Xmen need that.

Are you talking Hollywood as being "them"? If so..... I dont know..... I know it may not be an "explosion" per say.... but they been slowly consistently dropping R rated movies for a minute.... I mean Watchmen, Wanted, Klingsmen, 300, Sin City, Kick Ass, Dredd.

It seems like very few of the popular comic hero's need that..... now if they gonna start dropping more of the "fringe" comic stories then cool, but still with ones? Y The Last Man or some shyt?
