WWE is in trouble. At least WCW initially used their corporate money to get more talent. But in thr end they had poor management. Which is what will happen to wwe once tko pushes the wrestling ppl out.

If AEW is smart, they need to discover or build up 1 maybe 2 guys that can be absolute superstars. They can really get their ball rolling if they can break a couple stars

Meanwhile aew is still doing this dumb shyt where the champ keeps the belt hidden in a briefcase for the last 7-8 months now while they wait for Darby to get back from Mount Everest instead of committing to a few top guys who are on tv to be their big draws. The biggest wrestling company in the world is slowly being demolished. The other promotions need to get their shyt together so that said demolition doesn’t kill the entire North American pro wrestling scene. I’d argue Rock being involved is hurting them too. He shows up, teases something big (derailing whatever angle is happening at the time), and then leaves without following up or paying off said angle while pulling the curtain as far back as humanly possible, completely shattering the illusion.

They need to commit to hangman and swerve as the top 2 specifically. They have an angle where they can finally get hangman back on the right track after 2022-24 and the crowd always gets behind him as the top good guy. They cannot botch this one. I’d argue now is as critical to get their act together as 2019 was.

They made it a point to resign her since her contract expired before AEW's Owen Hart tournament started.

She has zero value on TV anymore for WWE with the roster they have, but keep her on a talent contract instead of a trainer contract and you don’t have to pay her benefits and cover business expenses.

Plus her husband, who is one of their top producers, probably would have left to AEW with her.

This is what I was referring to earlier. They bought the company from Vince specifically with this in mind. Take a profitable company, run it into the ground while offloading as much of their debt as possible onto it, and then strip it for parts/declare bankruptcy. It’s a bust out job. This type of shyt in no way should be legal. I’m genuinely disgusted that the person in said tweet is using this story to make it about a stan war and pushing a blatantly dishonest agenda where he contradicts himself even in said tweet.
