Some risk is fine and because their market cap is so big, it's not an obscene amount of debt but it's also not something shareholders will just wave off and turn a blind eye to. UFC has seen some declines in popularity, they've seen massive declines in their PPV business. I'd say WWE is the healthier aspect of TKO right now, obviously all of that can change based on decisions they make.
