Nah son. Rachel Maddow's research department game and citing game is top notch. She is much better than loud mouth Chris Matthews and coming off as being full of BS and making statements like "Reagan was a better president than Obama because he ended the Cold War" and giving his own opinions instead of focusing on giving the actual news and citing things like Rachel Maddow does.

other than that, she is about as well researched and principled as one can get in primetime cable news. there is no good equivalence to draw on fox with her, but i guess megyn kelly is lighter on the bullshyt than the average fox primetime talent though nowhere near as deep in wonkery as rachel.

Shes sharp and very smart, probably smarter than her counterparts across the reporting aisle, but shes also clearly there to combat their rhetoric directly and subtly brainwash people (as they are).

Well-researched, very thorough and can be entertaining although she can as someone said be a bit snarky. It's clearly opinion though, she makes that clear and you'd have to be an idiot to not make that distinction. To say she doesn't ever attack Obama also is just being dishonest too.
