We usually think it's the South, which in some cases it is but in reality, the Midwest and Pacific Northwest are breeding grounds, safe havens, etc for racism and racist cacs to marinate and stew.

The South used to be like that for a long time, and don't get me wrong, it still is in certain parts, but overall, the South became “too Black” over the decades, not just in population but culturally as well, which forced White Supremacist groups and individuals to camp out in the forest and mountains of the Northwest and Midwest due to the climate but also lower populations of Black people and minorities.

First rise of the Klan in 1867 was very Southern but the second rise in 1915 had crazy amounts of folks from places like Indiana. Never understood their racism. Frankly a lot of these places make no sense. Hardly any Blacks around and all the people making their lives harder are white.....yet they hate Blacks with a passion. They can't even explain it.

Rednecks up north talk the most shyt but they're not stupid. They will stay away from any place that's more than 10% Black, because they can't hide their racism. Just hole up in little redneck dumpsters and hide.

Yeah Midwest racism is different. You have to go into these little shythole dives or hit the backwoods to really experience it. The white establishment, usually educated elite do a good job of keeping the hillbillies under lock and key as not to cause problems as most cities are integrated institutionally. Like you may not live next to white people but you go to school and work with them.
