She is basically saying black men are complicit in wanting fewer black women in night clubs.
This has been said before by black “party girls” in other major cities. Allegedly, brehs don’t step in to defend a sista’s right to party and try to snag a baller.
I’m surprised she didn’t say “but this white guy overheard and actually defended us and said he loves him some chocolate!”
Anywho, a lot of bars do the same thing to black men - limit the number or impose dress codes.
This stems from white men’s preferences and they spend more money than any other group. So if they want fewer black men or women the club owners are going to cater to them.
