I stopped watching hockey because of the racist culture in it. I used to love the sport but I could not support an enterprise where I would not be accepted as a fan, player, employee, etc.

Georges Laraque just tweeted and said it was his idea (probably just to mess with the other players)... He probably just got Armstrong to go along with it, i don't think there was a racist element to it...

That being said some hockey fans do have a racist mindset... That's why even though i don't like Montreal i always root for PK cause i know he deals with racist shyt from opposing fans all the time...
