Yeah I can't really get the animosity Mexicans have towards blacks.
I just chalk it up to them being just as confused as we are. They don't know any better. :yeshrug:

We are at a disadvantage right now because many of our people do not notice the racism in other nonwhite groups.

Everybody looks out for their own communties with a few alliances between groups here and there yet our group has no alliance with the mexican one.

Most mexicans just want someone to look down on because they wanna be like american whites and try to emulate them and since some of our people like to kiss other races ass they become the target.

Google "The Curse of Ham". I believe it. Our race is essentially the Cleveland Browns of races. Everything that can/could go wrong for us always has and does. We are essentially seen as the lowest of the low in most parts of the world. I was always aware that racism was a thing but I never really put much thought into it outside of the context of modern day America. Even then, I had no clue it was as prevalent as it is behind closed doors. I never took into account that we are and have always been seen as scum in just about every region of the universe for the greater part of our history. We're the laughing stock and punching bag of the world

I honestly wish I was never born. Feel like my entire race was just put on this earth to be shat on by everyone else.

I lived in a barrio in SoCal and I have no issues and I am an "obviously black looking" multigen American. Now we were on a higher socio-economic ladder at the time so I don't know if that dynamic made a difference. Besides maybe 4 other black families and this old woman who owned a half way house, we were the only ones. I never encountered problems when I am out alone walking my dog at night in near supposed "gang zones". Once you try attempt to speak the language and talk to people on a human level, you will find most are no different from yourself. I semi-stalked fat Mexican kids in the store in the stores as they are picking produce for the fam. They taught me how to properly select mangos and avocados (Sidebar: Fat people offer THE BEST food tips, if you are ever in a unfamiliar city with no access to Yelp and want to know the best wing spot for locals, just ask an obese man). There are just as many self hating colorstruck negros who tear others down especially in our own families (including my own). Mexicans have cultural pride but I haven't encountered too many racist ones. And if they have less money than me I could care less what they think. If anything I was shocked to learn that they hate Spaniards. They kicked the French out of their country so if anything they promote their own and "hate" blacks and "guerros".

As helping another group with nothing in return, I believe paying loans back with interest is thanks enough not to mention bringing business and slowly revitalizing neighborhoods. Dont know the specifics but I am pretty sure these banks charged higher interest since these Latinos are also discriminated against in the financial industry. I am sure if black any person in Raleigh-Durham wrote up a business plan and wanted to open a bodega(or any legitimate business) in a dilapidated hood they wouldn't have any problems. Capital is out there. The initiative is not, sadly. I am not one of those nikkas that make excuses.
