In that locker room apparently. I come from a hood where hispanics and asians say nikka freely and naan one of yall nikkas would ever step to them and say shyt about it cause if you did it wouldn't end well and no black person would help you cause culturally it's ok for them to say that in the hood
For me personally a white person saying it is just too much, but i could see a scenario where one from the hood would get a pass or whatever. At the end of the day young ppl view it as slang I think.
