My brother's still in highschool and showed this to me, apparently it's from the school's online history class.

So apparently the civil rights movement and Montgomery Bus Boycott were all kicked off by a buck-toothed, time-traveling, ginger... So they start off by saying she's not a hero, basically say all she did was sit down and that she stole the idea from a white kid, and then they top it off with a demeaning "you go girl!" at the end.
Literally no frame or piece of dialogue in this isn't obviously racist.
Whoever made this cartoon is probably some alt-right neo-nazi who figured if they could slip racist cartoons into official school textbooks, they could subversively influence the next generation through white supremacist propaganda.
