The obvious answer is that American descendants of American slaves deserve American reparations. My question is why should folks who are still descendants of slaves, who happen to come from other countries, be excluded from benefiting from reparations even though we all came from the same source (Africa) and built countries on our backs. If American-specific reparations is the answer then it’s the answer, I’m just trying to understand.
