Racist Flyer At Apartment Complex Singles Out Blacks

First month I moved in my building, some lofts in the downtown area ... some chick had a party on a Tuesday night. I didn't have to work early in the morning so I was just like, "eh," and played Call of Duty, ignoring it.
My next door neighbor (who is Asian) almost fought the chick who was throwing the party (she was black) over the noise, and this white chick from down the hall kept coming out of her door like she wanted to say shyt but was scared lol.
We do like playing our music loud, lol ...
but I also think all younger people do. You don't see older people do it as much without regard for their neighbors, no matter the race.

Tell that to the 30 something year old ratchet that lives a door down for me. bytch will play her turn up music from 9pm to 2pm and give no fcks. Her only saving grace is that she has kids and I'd hate to see them put out

Ok, breh. I live around all CACs now myself. I'm saying it's ok to admit the truth, even if it doesn't look the best for your ppl. Yall nikkas get so offended and blinded by any comments made towards us...I'm not about to act like I don't know the truth when I've been around many races/cultures of ppl and GENERALLY see this type of shyt from us. We are the absolute fukking worst when it comes to disturbing the peace, ie blasting music in AN APARTMENT COMPLEX at all hours of the night. I see it, you see it, and everybody else

See what my homeboy and I use to do was let our neighbors know in advance that we were going to be having a party and invite them. Well we knew the white lady next to use worked at night so she didn't give a damn. The older italian dude and his wife didn't care and would actually come by early on b4 the crowds was thick to eat and get some drink in them. The people above us only asked that we ended it by 2am [we never did...we just asked everyone hanging outside to come in or leave and turned the music lower] and it was a lady who always took us up on our offer to put her in a hotel for the evening. We lived there for nearly 3 years and never had a complaint or police called on us. The issue is most people don't know the power of just having a conversation with their neighbors. Most will be cool about it...esp. if they plan on having a get together too.
The same homie had a party at his home and was nervous about what his neighbors would think. It was a pool party during the day and regular party at night. His neighbors to the left didn't care and said they sleep hard. The neighbors to the right kids came by early on and got in the pool and ate a bit and parents got some food and dipped. The neighbors across the street seemed iffy but didn't say much about it...i'm guessing that was because they didn't have kids and for all we knew they were at the party. We thought the neighbor behind us called the police on us but all the cop asked was for us to move certain cars more off of the street so it was enough clearance for an ambulance to go through if necessary. Shyt was packed too and we knew niccaz would be niccaz and leave trash and shyt out and about so what we did was get up early and walked the street and picked up the trash. When the people to the right had a party at their house the homie told them they could use his driveway and yard to park in. After that they got cool and the homie could have killed someone and that couple next to him would have helped him hide the body...lol. [P.S. 3 of the 4 neighbors were white...the last was an Asian couple]

My cousin moved to Charlotte, NC about 10 years ago and she like the apartment complex and thought it was good for her and her 2 kids. About a year later she noticed a bunch of Mexicans moved in and had taken over. She had me
at saying how they took the volleyball next down and used it to put on a makeshift wooden soccer goals on the volleyball court. She moved from there 6 months later...lol.
Might be a hoax, but you know management still reading that shyt like....
