These "In the Hood" pranks are kind of disturbing, and their qualifications for being in the hood judging from their videos appear to be just a few black people around the area. Just look at where they are, nice looking areas seeking out blacks for reactions. If he really did this in the hood we'd see him on T.V. as an unsolved murder
