The original discussion wasn't about someone's boss 'siding' with a racist, because I'm not running to my boss LIKE A bytch just because I know someone I work with is a racist either. If the person I work with isn't stepping out of line with me, then we aren't going to have any problems. You need to pull your skirt down and live in the real world. If you're really are a so-called Black man, then you should should know that every so-called white person you come in contact with looks down on you anyway.
