Ross should've thought about that track before he released it though

:takedat: would've told him not to do it. Too risky, dude got endorsement deals to think about:stopitslime:

A few weeks later a song by rapper Rocko featuring Rick Ross was release called “You Don’t Even Know It.” Rick Ross raps, “Put molly all in her champagne, she ain’t even know it/ I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain’t even know it.”

:whoa: Link to the thread where this was discussed on here? I completely missed this and all the controversy surrounding it. Wasn't paying attention.

It's the power of a unified voice. Anytime people come together, they can call someone out on ANYTHING lol.

Hip Hop is MOST INFLUENTIAL music EVER...

Rock kids were not going around raping babies, drinking blood and having sex with corpses or animals when heavy metal was in its hey day...

Rock kids kind of knew that there was a very thick and solid line between their favorite bands' lyrics and reality...

But the average hip hop fan does not...

I have never felt influence to do something that I heard in a Slayer song, but with all my education and good upbringing, hip hop has influenced me in the past to break the law, and today, hip hop still distracts me as I pursue another degree...

Until the black community begins to accept the power and influence of hip hop, and stop saying stupid things like "but we are just journalist report hood news" and "what about Hollywood movies and etc," then black people's image will remain in the sewers of society...

You asking for proof for something I never said. Try again.

But when you refer to vulgar lyrics I'm sure you yourself know of pop music that possess vulgar music aka music referencing sex and even drugs.

It's not about sex and drugs really, its about promoting rape, and making light of race beatings.

All I really got from this though is Ross and Wayne spit some wack shyt :yeshrug:

But you can't sensor cuz once you give a group a voice you welcome all groups... Imagine if radio & tv caved & banned Eminem's music after those Gay Rights groups were outraged... :heh:

Only so long before voices of all types of groups will have different concepts & words removed or banned & pretty much all radio will be Gospel & Country until the Atheists start uniting... :lolbron:
