The only way for him to turn it around would be on a team where he's not asked to the guy who wins the game. Rely on the ground game and defense while making a few throws. He won't get better as a player but can maybe win due to the pieces around him.

The Jets are that but with him staying away from the team to "not be a distraction" I don't think he's built for the pressure in NY.
