I wonder if people in LA would in mass travel 4 hours on a Sunday to see the raiders.

No doubt about it.. they'll have Raider fans from all the way up North to the Southern tip of Cali making that trip to Vegas. Its only 8 Sundays out of the year. Plus you probably can get all the hotels to buy up your PSL's and sell them to tourist in town as part of a package that comes with their room.
