damn Raider fans,how do ya'll do it? ya'll had a good team in 2001 and 2002 and cant even field an average team since. How can ya'll continue with the front office fukkery? at this point,i would protest my team until they learn how to run a damn franchise.

So then why would he take a step down in franchise and leave San Francisco for Oakland?

From all reports, the players have gotten tired of his act after 4 years(which happens). Plus, they haven't re-signed him even though he's in the 4th year of a 5 year contract. And rumors say they tried trading him in the offseason to Cleveland.

Bottom line, throw a bunch of money at him and let him do player movement also. He will have the raiders in the playoffs within 2 years guaranteed
