they didnt market it like that enough tbh. it should be right in the title of the proposition. every time they say it out loud, they needed to say "by 2025". but they werent. i must have heard biden say "15" countless times, but he never says "2025"But it is a gradual wage.

I'm not sure. It's currently $2.13 according to google although I've never seen that in practice. In NYC it might be $12 by local law.
