This whole thing sounds stupid to me. A lot of women complain when men notice their physical assets and point them out. This is is silly. Breasts might not be inherently sexual, but they're perceived as such. There's a reason they're pushed as bing sexual, breast surgery being more popular..etc. Same with butts.. So that's moot point.
The other societies argument isn't very sound. Societies can differ from one to another in various degrees. A number of societies frown upon homosexuality and expect people to dress/act modestly, but they ain't hearing that. What societies have women going topless? Bush & Amazonian societies?
