For the record most NYers live in Fort Lauderdale. You'll see them on SOBE, but outside of that they are far and few in Miami compared to the abundance in Ft. Lauderdale. Broward cats let ya'll pop that shyt.

There were ones that moved straight down from NY, that popped shyt and took L's. Miami never liked NYers like that. Broward is different. It's soft. NY influenced the deep south like the Carolinas. I guess some thought that would work in Miami.......Nope.
How many old school Miami cats remember "Broward Cowards, get sprayed in Dade" ?

Mint Lounge was off of 27th and a little bit north of 183rd. Spent a lot of time in there from 97-2003. Chicks was buck wild and be damn near jerking you off in that piece. Some bad chicks in there if you could ignore the birds. Problem with that spot was it was too close to home for me. You'd see childhood enemies, people from church, family members, etc. up in there. I met this one chick that was a 10/10 and got the digits, come to find out she was turning tricks, but I never asked her price. I wonder to this day how much she was charging.
Rolex and Coco's were the landmarks clubs where you would see the celebs in. I heard stories of Luke being in the Rolex and giving dudes cash to trick out in the club.
There was one on 79th st and Biscayne that was huge, but was usually empty. Then you had Bootleggers off of 37th ave, near the Palmetto. Another joint you'd see everybody from Carol City in.
