yeah it's really interesting how they did a complete 180 but Rand is more of a libertarian than a true Republican.
Rand has to run as a republican for him to get any votes or attention. However that will turn blacks off.

Hillary couldn't even bring herself to speak on police brutality and the drug war even when her home state was all over the news... that is until she announced her candidacy.
That's pretty much the point. At a time where Obama says this but has to add some sly black fathers aint worth a damn comment to even it out. To me it's refreshing to here a politician just say it how it is.
