I live about 30 minutes from the U of I. Ever since he left there, that's one of the first things ppl talk about is his hairpiece
We do. Our season and Mullin job is dependent on this game.
The only positive about this loss is I know Mullin will be fired at the end of the season. I can wait this out.
A couple of reasons.
- Mullin has the most talent in the Big East and is currently 3-5 with the next three games on the road at Marquette, Creighton and Duke. Mullin has to win at both Creighton and Marquette to just get to 500 in big East play ( He won’t). He needed this win to mitigate the damage of this road trip.
- The new AD that SJU hired from Duke has absolutely no loyalty to Chris Mullin and has full autonomy over the program ( our last AD was a puppet), Mike Craft has said this team needs to be an NCAA team or else (Mullin will not get us there).
- The alumni are getting frustrated and the biggest Donors... billionaire Mike Repole, The Pittsburgh Steelers co-owner and other high level executives are losing their patients.
