I think Oats has basically become the football equivalent of Manny Diaz when it comes to the transfer portal. Eric Musselman is great at it too. For whatever reason, the old guard of blue bloods have been directly hurt from it, and whatever boat programs like ours are in, we're basically treating it like free agency in the NBA

As long as Oats keeps continuity at the guard positions, it seems like he can just interchange everyone else and they'll catch on before long
