Really its because Doc finally cut the bullsh*t and scraped the small ball 2nd unit disaster. Finally using Cole Aldrich at center backing up DJ and moving Austin to the two guard and letting Prigioni run the point. Plus Paul Pierce is finally starting to make some shots. Austin has been playing WAY better as well. He can still use Lance and Smith too. He won't though.

He's using Lance a little bit but I don't know if they're thinking about dumping Josh or not. We gonna need dude eventually. But the starting five with Blake and CP3 was always good its just when the 2nd unit came in everything went to sh*t. Doc's dumbass finally smartened up and put the players in their natural position instead of Josh Smith at center, Austin at point, and Jamal at the three. Plus he's taking DJ out when the hack-a-Jordan sh*t starts.
Prigoni at point and using an actual back-up center in Aldrich is imo what really helped
If he put Lance at the 2 and smith at the 4 with wes at the 3 the bench would really be moving
