It's a bit weird calling CJ McCollum the most improved player. He was this good last year in the playoffs after Matthews & Afflalo went down......only difference is he's starting now and is getting more minutes.

Honestly I think Hood is the most improved but you almost have to give it to CJ based on what he's doing. I still think he was just as good last year without the opportunity.

That's always the dilemma with the award. Do you give it to a player who is given more minutes and opportunity and he greatly raises performance or is meant more for players who are in the same or similar roles from previous seasons but are playing a hell of a lot better now. The NBA gives no guidance on that.

I think you have to give it to CJ IMO because I don't think anybody expected him to come out like this. Improved and solid yes but not a legit second option that's worth building around.

Shiiit, I announced the tank was officially rollin the second Bledsoe got hurt against Philly. We've gone 2-25 since that moment Hornets and Hawks should be ashamed of themselves, for the record.

We might not catch Philly or LA for worst mark overall but we'll be solid in the mix and hopefully get a fortunate ping pong bounce Lord knows the goddamn league owes us a few breaks. Got 3 first rounders thx to Grunfeld so it should be interesting.
