thunder are absolute shyt when the game slows down. which happens to be in the 4th quarter. their iso ball isn't really a problem cause you have KD and who can typically score at will. it becomes a problem when they are trying to change the tempo of the game which basically turns into westbrook trying to get the ball to durant 23 foot out after wasting 15 seconds on the clock with minimal off ball movement anywhere. and when this happens opposing defences basically ignore everyone else on the team because they know either KD or westbrook is taking that shot.

Westbrook Reads tweets after games and searches his name for reactions. I would strongly believe he reads what each thunder reporter says about him. That's probably why he gave that one nikka the execution treament

At least he knows when he has taken a stupid fukking shot

You right it ain't the guy whos trying to blame a role player for all of okc problems. I'm sure a shooter at the 2 would solve okc problems overnight.
What part of this, do you not understand -
That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying it's an issue when your SHOOTING GUARD, (let me say that again so you understand - SHOOTING GUARD) is 0-4 for the game, and has regular outings when he scores ZERO points. It's a problem - stop playing dumb and acting like I'm saying it's the MAIN problem. The point is it's an issue when they can't play him in certain lineups because he's a liability on the offensive end. Especially which it's compounded by the fact that Durant and Westbrook are counted upon to provide too much on the offensive end, and often find themselves overplaying their hands.
Why are you dense most of the time?

I'm not changing the subject. Did you ever bother to watch the closing stages of the game? Durant made more mistakes than Westbrook. Yes what Russ did was stupid, but the game was lost before that, and Durant was mostly responsible for them pissing away that lead. In the last 5/6 minutes:

Durant was 1 from 4, three turnovers and was playing passively AFTER Westbrook directly gave him the ball.

The game is over when the horn blares. Still a one possession game and that horrific decision, something westbrick has done etime and time again, ended the game definitively. Durant isn't blameless, but I truly believe this was a team that was perfect a few years back when they had Durant as the man and Westbrick was injured and not chucking away games.

This is like the millionth time this shyt has happened in the clutch. fukk westbrick.

The game isn't won or lost on one possession. Regardless of what you're opinion is of how erratic he is late in games, he was not to blame for this loss. His errant shot at the end, was just the last straw that broke the camel's back.

We've already seen what happens when Durant has to play without Westbrook in the playoffs - it's not a pretty sight.

And we've seen when Westbrook comes to the rescue in the clutch, making game-deciding plays that are the difference in them winning playoff series.

OKC has two very talented players who are also very flawed. If okc ran a motion offense for even 20% of the game that could put a serious dent in the Westbrook pull up bricks and Durant failed isos which lead to quick easy buckets for the other team thus why there defense is dodoo. You don't need a shooter at every position to move the ball and get open slashing lanes and in rhythm shots.

Here's the issue with that - you need shooting when you run any type of offense. Roberson doesn't provide that. When teams are focusing on Durant and Westbrook, no amount of misdirection or motion set principles will cover up Roberson's inability to shoot/score late in-games. OKC has too many one-dimensional players that give up just as much as they provide to get a proper offensive/defensive balance down the stretch.

The Warriors' small-ball lineup wouldn't work if two/three of them couldn't either shoot or provide some sort of scoring, or if two/three couldn't play defense and switch effortlessly. Which is why Roberson is a problem because although he has defensive value, he's nearly completely worthless on the other end. No "motion offense" is going to change that.

Harden is a top 3 closer?
Rockets are 19-5 record this season in games decided by 5 or less this season. That record was even scarier last year. :umad:

After his finals choke
Only reason they even got to the finals in the first place was because of him. He "choked" because he was forced to defend LeBron while KD & Russ were hidden on Chalmers & Battier. :camby:
After 12 turnovers in an elimination game?
Kobe went 6/24 in a Game 7. shyt happens.

29/8/6 on 63 TS% that series despite that game meanwhile Curry was eating good being guarded by Jason Terry while Kerr was throwing Klay, Iggy & Draymond at Harden. :francis:
After getting benched so Houston could run the offense through Josh Smith?
He was sick. He had 26/10/11 and 31/8/7 performances in between that game. :francis:
