i agree he can be hella erratic at times but he's far from the problem......the problem is lack of depth and chemistry plain and simple..you can see russ is genuinely trying to get his teammates involved.....but years of relying on that hero ball offense and the struggle to transition from it with a rookie coach is pretty obvious too......and a mini lebron is a anomaly lol.....
