Zaza at least played with effort on defense. Monroe is slow and lazy

Naw. Something is wrong with their defensive scheme. The few times I've seen them they players have been blowing assignments, late on rotations, etc. It doesn't help they still rely on that corner/elbow facilitating offense. Team may have quit on Kidd

They had zaza and Ilyasova starting last year. Its something more then just Monroe, who isn't that bad defensively

They're not individually good defenders, but they have a good concept of team d. Monroe...not so much. Any type of pnr and that nikka is completely lost.
