It seems like the teams most people thought would be top 5 in the East (Cavs, Heat, Hawks, Raptors, Bulls) are starting to emerge at the top

while the rest will be fighting for the 6-8 spots

In no particular order:

Cavs
Raptors
Bulls
Heat
Hawks
Wizards

Then you'll have the Bucks, Celtics, Pacers, Pistons, Nets, Hornets and Magic fighting for those last two seeds. I honestly won't be surprised if Indiana misses out altogether.

I think Raptors are legit this season.

They had a top 5 offense and a bottom 5 defense last season. Adding Caroll and Biyombo to an already improving defensive unit - I can see them finishing in the top 10 in both categories. Solid second unit and one of the best backcourts in the league. If they can manage to avoid the Cavs in the early rounds, a ECF appearance isn't outta the question.

This is the only evidence I have, but I had them in my top 5 nikka.
