Billy likes Dion for his defense(?) and ballhandling. With Payne getting minutes now Morrow needs more time. They need to be staggered with KD, Russ and/or Ibaka though.

He's had his struggles this season as well but seems to have found his shot lately. If Singler wasn't trash we could phase out Waiters completely and roll with Payne/Morrow/Singler/Collison/Kanter...but Singler is trash.

I think the Heat would've made the finals again last year if Bron had stayed, even with Bosh having the season ending medical issues. Its just hard to give the other East teams the benefit of the doubt in a hypothetical, when they couldn't take advantage of the weakest, most crippled Bron-led team we've seen in years. So I think they make it back to the Finals, esp if Whiteside is on the team, only to get destroyed by GS.

And I feel they end up right where Cleveland is now: favorites to come out the East and (if healthy) challenge GS or SAS. So i don't think much has changed for Lebron from a bball perspective. B/c of nagging injuries to prime Wade and now Kyrie, he never really was able to take a step back and coast after that first title, if that was part of his intentions that is.
