Can't even put this on Harden, at least he's been aggressive and actually tried to keep them in the game. The bench has been absolutely horrible and completely complacent on both ends of the floor.

They really play like a team that hates each other. It seems like after every bad play they start giving each other dirty looks or pointing at each others and giving up on plays.

Yeah all the contrasting personalities and styles on the team, leave them at an imbalance that's near impossible to overcome, because they simply don't have the talent to make up for it. As much as I hate the word - they lack a "leader" who they can rally behind and adopt the personality of - the team's identity is basically Harden/Howard.

This Cleveland offense just does not generate any good looks at all. Pretty much all of their scoring is reliant on the talent of the players on the offense to make a contested shot or to create a look.
