Why is Donavan benching Cam Payne and giving Foye his minutes?

Foye has been a top 10 player off the bench for a while now. Usually shoots around 45% from the field to my knowledge (ain't seen him much since going to Denver). He is one of them nikkas that always cooked the teams I watched the most (Heat, Knicks, GS). He was a great pick up for them.

Payne should still get some PT though
