What if the Warriors target Whiteside? Could they sign him in the offseason?

He's a poor fit for that team...

Not anywhere near as good a passer as Bogut...

Bogut never wanting to shoot also feeds into letting Curry and Klay gun whenever they want...Whiteside is going to want the ball...

He is a great defender and great one on one defender but his basketball IQ isn't very high...when they played SA Aldridge DESTROYED dude with the most rudimentary of post moves...a big man who relies on athleticism is going to struggle against him but a smart big man is going to make him look foolish...LMA would get the ball 15 feet from the basket and after one or two post moves he would be right at the rim...

He is going to go to a team where he is the 1st or 2nd scoring option...

He's a retread we'll have to fire next year. It was just a dumb hire all the way around.

I was just telling a friend the other day that a coach like Jerry Sloan who builds a good solid offensive system could do work in the league now...
